How do I know if this is the right therapy approach for me?

If you are looking for a therapist who will help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself by encouraging laughter, tears, and authenticity in the therapy space, then you’ve come to the right place! Therapy isn’t meant to be comfortable because change isn’t comfortable; we can help you find peace and progress in that discomfort. If you're looking for long-term change rather than a temporary band-aid, then we are here to help.

Our primary therapeutic approach focuses on using an IFS-informed EMDR approach and other trauma-informed strategies to help clients who are struggling with interpersonal relationships, attachment, self-esteem and confidence, challenging family relationships, and stress-management.

Therapy is a very personal experience and not every therapist is the right fit. If you decide that you are in need of a different therapeutic approach, or find that our style doesn’t align with your goals for treatment, then we are happy to help point you in the right direction. We want you to find the care that is best for you!
